This policy describes how Luvio collects, uses, and protects your personal data. It is separate from the "Data & privacy" settings in your account, which control your in-app preferences.

We collect: account and profile information (email, name, age, photos, preferences); usage data (how you use the app); device and log data (IP, browser); and, if you consent, marketing preferences.

2. Purposes

We use your data to provide and improve the service, to match you with other users, to send important notices (e.g. security), and, with your consent, to send news and offers.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can manage your choices in our Cookie banner and in the Cookie Policy.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent. You can request a copy of your data from Settings (Download my data) or contact our Data Protection Officer.
