Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page describes our rules for refunds and cancellation of purchases and subscriptions on Luvio.

Purchases

Paid features (e.g. premium, boosts, super likes, gifts) are generally non-refundable once used. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical error or service failure, please contact us via Contact us in Settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription or recurring payment through your account settings or your payment provider. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of the period.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page.
